Yeah, there are problems. First the good:
1) Excellent Blu-ray player with a better than decent feature set.
2) Great connectivity options, WiFi and internet actually work.
3) 5.1 sound is about as good as your going to get at this price level ($369.00)
The bad is related to internet applications in Smart Hub. Everything worked out of the box three weeks ago, but subsequent online s/w updates have broken the Web Browser app (an absolutely essential feature) and several others. When I try to start them I get the error message: "You do not have enough memory to download this application." Some apps like Pandora, Vimeo and YouTube are unaffected, but without the Web Browser the system isn't very useful, since my TV has all the "standard" applications built-in as well.
Another big annoyance is lame remote keyboard support. Most of the standard apps don't support keyboard character entry, so despite buying a keyboard you're still stuck with picking letters off a menu, except that now you can use keyboard arrow keys to move around a bit quicker.
Anybody else got this thing? Despite these issues I may keep it as I don't think I could get better Blu-ray/sound for the price. But I had hoped the unit could make a dedicated PC for internet video unnecessary and right now it sure doesn't do that. I'm waiting to see if Sammy can get the thing fixed in the next s/w update.
