Help me decide, upgrade from DLP to LED?

Hi, I was having hard time deciding on what to do here and figured I'd get input from the pros.

I have currently had a 60" Mitsubishi DLP for about a year. The tv is big but the picture quality is just ok.

I recently came across a deal for a Samsung UN46D7000 46-Inch LED 240hz tv for $845 total.

The picture on the Samsung, needless to say kills the DLP but is smaller. I figured I could get around $400 for the Mitsu on CL since its barely used and in perfect condition.
