Marantz sr-8002 vs onkyo pr-5509 integra dhc-80.3

I currently have a marantz sr-8002. Anyone know how much it's worth? I'm thinking of selling it and getting an onkyo pr-sc5509 or integra dhc-80.3. Will I be losing or gaining SQ with these upgrades? Will the video quality be a noticeable improved? Thanks

guess it depends what ur looking for.Dont know enough about the onkyo or integra.SQ i would think the sr8002 would be very hard to beat as i have one myself with no intensions of getting rid of at this moment.Still think its a great reciever.
