I mean, long after he'd been eliminated, they went back and found him and shot those clips of him surfing and tending bar to include in this episode. What's the point? It's interesting to know the back stories of contestants, but they spend so much time on people who aren't going to get past the audition (in case of the twins, people who weren't even eligible to audition

How so? We've got two hours in Atlanta on June 6 (DAN-903), two hours from Salt Lake City on June 13 (DAN-904), then it's off to Vegas on June 20 (DAN-905), then the Top 20 reveal and performances on June 27 (DAN-906.) The first performance competition of those twenty is on July 11 (DAN-907.) [There is no show on July 4.] The first two are voted out and the remaining 18 compete on July 18 (DAN-908.)

(It's all these stupid shows with folks in chairs that turn around at the press of a button! They should spin at 10,000 RPM and send them through the ceiling like human drill bits!!!)

on 'em.
