Roman at rtheaters is as good as it gets here. He is active on this board (as rsh) and tries to help, even with stuff he didn't sell. I have purchased from him and been very satisfied.

Can't comment on the 45002, as I purchased different seats.

kalikokyle,
Berkline went out of business about a year ago so the exact chair is no longer available. The good news is that several manufacturers have stepped in with nice "copies" of the chair. Here are most of the options available:

Albany Apollo
This chair is the closest chair to the Berkline 45002 and features the hammock style seating and a power headrest and power recline just like the 45002.

RowOne Intrepid
Very close to the 45002, features hammock style seating but no power headrest.

Palliser Tijuana
Does not have a power headrest but features similar hammock style seating that cradles your body. Features a nice headrest for added head support when reclined.

Palliser Rhumba
Does not have a power headrest but sits a lot like the 45002 and features the same hammock style seating.

Taking absolutely nothing away from theaters, I'd also like to suggest taking a look at Stargate Cinema. The owner has gone above and beyond to accommodate some very specialized requests on several occasions.
