Yamaha ATS 1010 -- is it worth switching?

Today when I was at Costco, I noticed a display for the Yamaha ATS 1010 Soundbar ($189). I'm not an audophile by any stretch of the imagination and I was wondering what the qualitative difference (if any) there is between this soundbar and the Panasonic SC-HTB500 we have now.

Thanks.

I've owned YSP 800, 1000, 1100, 3000, and now with 5100 and they're all amazing. Yes I'm biased but Yamaha makes the best sounding sound bars consistently pound for pound and I have no idea why would anyone mess with Vizeo's, Sony's, JVC's, Samsung's, Panny's when you can get any YSP's on ebay or craigslist for around $300 or less for a MSRP $1500 YSP 1100 or 3000. The only rivals to Yamaha's exists but you would have to spend at least $600+ for Atlantic Tech, Def Tech, Polks, Energy, Kef, B&Ws and it can get pricey over 1K for some of those.

So to answer your question for that ATS 1010 at costco is a no brainer but make sure you pair with any decent inexpensive power subwoofer. You can easily find used Velodyne's, klipsch, BIC, energy, etc whatever you can find for under $150 easily in your local craigslist. Velodyne should be 1st priority.
