Christopher Reeve as Superman. We've discussed something similar before in a Superman thread, but Reeve was such a manly man at 26 compared to so many of today's actors at the same age who look like little children. His looks and portrayal of Superman were spot on.
Also, RDJ's work as a drunken billionaire couldn't get much better, but it may not have been much of a stretch for him to just kind of be himself.
On Reeve's I couldn't agree more. He was Superman among a crop of current Superboys. Absolutely perfect casting, as you have to play the part with a fair amount of finesse to pull off.
And I know I'm in a very
small minority on this one, but RDJ's TS/IM just grates on me. For me, a little RDJ goes a long way. His character being basically a douche didn't help either. Iron Man is the most overrated of the recent comic book adaptations imo.
