Problem with overscan on Panny TC-P54Z1

Hi guys, I just switched back to DTV and am now having a problem with a dash-dot flickering line at the top of my screen, about a 1/4" in width. I think this is a overscan problem but am not sure. I could not find anything that referred to overscan in the adjustments. Is this a service menu thing and is it wise for me to try the fix?

This is not a problem. This is crap on the edge of the video and is what over scan removes. Unfortunately overscan removes content as well. Just ignore the noise and know you are getting 1:1 pixel mapping with no overscan.
