Trouble with AAC audio and also MP4 videos on eGreat

I'm having some real problems trying to play back anything with AAC audio via my eGreat R6B. My Pioneer receiver (VSX-921) won't play back the audio. The Pioneer specs state AAC support, but I have read other reports from people stating they cannot get AAC to work.

But another issue seems to be anything created for the Mac wolrd is toast and the eGreat crashes. A friend of mine did some videos and sent me MP4's and the eGreat won't play them at all. They play fine on my computer using VLC or QuickTime. But that doesn't help me. I need to watch them on the HD plasma.

I have a PS3 and used to use PS3 Media Server, but since I've moved I constantly get stuttered video video and a "Network Error" warning when trying to use the two and days of trouble shooting lead me nowhere. That's why I purchased the eGreat.

I'm stumped. Here is some codec info on a video that should work on the eGreat, but doesn't...

Yikes. These are all large files. Like gigs in size. Let me see if I have anything small.

Hey, gang. Anyone have an eGreat that they can test a 22mb file on? I am uploading to Dropbox now. It's an MP4 file. I'd love to have some verification that my box is crap or that eGreats just cannot handle MP4s.
