Hi, Any advice you can give me on the following problem would be greatly appreciated.
I have a ASUS pc which uses a ION graphics chip plugged into a ACER K330 Led Projector.
Desktop resolution set to 720p at 60Hz refresh rate.
The problem is EVERY time I load a video clip the projector loses the input signal for a few seconds and rescans to find it again. Once it finds it again the video plays back smoothly but the moment I stop the video or exit fullscreen mode (Im using media player classic home cinema edition) it loses the signal again
this happens everytime and is very annoying.
I have tried the option in media player classic "Use Autochange fullscreen monitor mode" but it made no difference.
Whats strange is if I set the desktop resolution to full HD then the projector NEVER loses the signal but the video does not play back smoothly even though playback is only using like 20% of cpu.
The desktop refresh rate is always set to 60Hz(No other refresh rate is selectable, Only if I go into Nvidia settings, then 60Hz,59Hz and 50hz is selectable.)
If I use my AC RYAN Media player, the projector will scan once for the signal when I turn it on and then never lose the signal again.
Why does my pc have a attitude?? LOL
