Is it a bad idea to buy a refurbished Epson 8700 over a new 8350?

A dealer says he can get me a refurbished Epson 9700 or 8700 for a good price and all warranties will be honored buy Epson. Should I go with the refurbished or the new 8350?

Epson 8700 if it has the 2 year dealer warranty.

he says it will be covered as if it was new...2 year warrenty.

I agree w/ Laredo; it's a no brainer; newer is not better in this case.
