Help Me To Choose Budget HDTV

Hello everybody.
I am looking for a very good HDTV for my bedroom.
my 1st preference is picture quality in HD as well as SD.
because I am from India and HD channels are not big in numbers.
Most of the channels are of SD quality, so looking for a good HDTV which can give good picture quality to SD source also.


here are some models I've note down after searching at various shops.

LG 32LK450 (LCD)
LG 32LV2130(LED)

*********
Panasonic 32U30D(LCD)
Panasonic 32X33D(LED)

*********
Samsung LA32D550(LCD)
Samsung 32EH4000(LED)

*********
Sony Bravia 32NX520 (LCD)
Sony Bravia 32CX420 (LCD)

I am actually confused about whether to buy LCD or LED. Is there any big difference between both in the range?.
It will be a very big help if you guys can help me out.

if you can get the LG LK450 with the S-IPS panel, it's a great value; I have the 42" version and the PQ post-cal is very good

how to know whether it has S-IPS panel or not?
cause I think In India it is hardly available or rather not.
any other options besides that?

there should be a "Y" in the fourth letter/digit of the model code and the pixels should be chevron shaped (<<<<<<) if you look at them very closely with a loupe or magnifying glass
