Picked this up as it has a PVR built in, used with a usb HDD.
However as my other tv isn't tcl and doesn't have a pvr built in thought I could use this one to then connect and play on the other...
Unfortunately these recoded files won't play on the other tv, and after checking the files (on my mac mini) of a recording, for each show/recording there is small pvr file and large .bin file that contains the video and audio as seen in the attachment.
Unfortunately they also appear to be encrypted...
I have tried VLC and makeV and handbrake and none of them will play/convert/open the bin file.
Is there any way to play these on my mac (as I can easily move the mac to the other tv)?
