No!!!!! The AIC is the hardest one to mod since the stock PSUs are sitting underneath the motherboard and the motherboard is on a plate caddy that is almost the width of the case (needs to be cut down to fit if you want to re-use it (I re-used it so I used a grinder to cut it down).
I am not saying its impossible but it will take you some time to remove all the guts and then mod it to fit a standard PSU. The SM case is almost ready to just swap the stock PSU with a normal one.
+1. I had kinda wished myself that I had gotten the SM instead for a second server since they're easier to mod. Plus, I have noticed that the AIC case with all guts is a tad heavier than the SM as well. But since I am a bit handy with tools, I can work with the AIC to make it work for me.
If I were you, stick with getting the SM case. May cost more but will be alot easier to mod.
