What to use for in wall sub cables and wall plates?

Doing some remodeling and will be installing in wall/ceiling speaker/subwoofer cables and wall plates. Will be making 3 separate subwoofer connection locations with the longest run 30'. Any recommendations what/where to buy for the sub cabling and wall plates?

So would you suggest just getting terminated RCA cable and then using Female to Female RCA wall plate?

RG6Q and use either the F connector to RCA or terminate the coax with RCA compression fittings.

What about Belden 1694A RG6? I could buy this in bulk unterminated and then use keystone F connector to RCA Female wall insert.

Whats RG6Q? I can't find it on monoprice. What are the benefits of that over RG6/U?

Rg6q is quadra shielded coaxial cable. Usually bought at lowes or home depot.

The benefits in quad shield are for long runs and the fact it may run close to other wiring in the attic or walls eliminating the chance of picking up interference.
