Is there a way to change the delay between powering on devices? Im not talking about the "power on delay" setting that waits for your device to start up before sending an input command. I need a real "power on delay" that delays the power on

I need a way to to wait a few seconds before turning on the next device. If I dont wait for the AVR and TV to finish turning on before turning on the computer then the stupid thing cant establish an HDMI audio connection.

So I would like the remote to:

- Power on AVR and TV
- Wait 5 seconds
- Power on Computer
