Crestron Adagio XM card

Thread Starter
About a month ago the XM card on my Adagio stopped working/picking up the satellite signal. To that point, it'd pretty much worked flawlessly and there were no changes to the system. Is there a diagnostic I can check to see if the card needs to be replaced or if there is some other hitch in the system?

Is this something my programmer can look at?

Your programmer should be able to look at signal strength/confirm that the card is reporting in the frame properly.

If possible confirm the connection of the XM Ant. to the card, the stupid little SMB-type connectors are easily knocked loose. If feasible plug a different Ant. in, you should at least get some of the terrestrial signal (depending on where you live/how deep in your house you are) if the card is functioning.
