I went to buy a Denon AVR-2112ci from Electronics Expo last week for $449.88 including shipping. They checked and didn't have one in stock, so they sold me a new AVR-2113ci for the sale price. I thought was a pretty good deal for a new model Denon. You might want to give them a call and see if you can't get a good deal too. Their were the ones selling last year's new Denon models at a big discount and they're authorized Denon dealers which is critical for warranty.
