WMC Help please

So I'm working on HTPC number 2. It's all set up and ready to go, except I can't get it to play live tv in WMC. I've added channels manually, because upon initial setup it didn't scan properly. (I did the same thing with HTPC 1) Now when I click on any channel in the guide it states:
Viewer or Listening Conflict
No tuner available to satisfy the current request

So I went to TV setup and attempt to setup my channels again. I get this message.
Some Windows Media Center services have stopped working. Select Finish to exit, restart the Windows Media Center Services (from Control Panel, click System and Security, click Administrative tools, then double click services), and restart TV setup.

There are two items in services that are Windows Media Center related.
Windows Media Center Receiver Service
Windows Media Center Scheduler Service

When I attempt to start the first one I get an error 0x80070005.
The second one will start, but once I leave the screen and come back it is stopped again.

I am logged in as an administrator.
Any suggestions?

Did you run channel scan from the HDhomerun setup? If so perhaps both channels are in use from HTPC 1

The htpc1 was not connected to the hd home run.

Off the wall question, are you also running VMWare, it is known to cause this issue.
You could also try the beta drivers

No VMware. I can try the beta drivers but wouldn't the issue be WMC not allowing me to run the tv setup?

Do the two services you mentioned successfully start if you reboot the system?

If you aren't too far in your customization on WMC and are willing to start from scratch, run a complete wipe and reload of WMC.

Go to Scheduled Tasks and find the Media Center Recovery Task. Run it manually. When it completes, you'll start with a fresh WMC. Again, be warned that you are wiping everything.

Rebooting didn't solve my issue. Neither did loading HD Homerun beta software.

This might be my only option. I'm willing to re-enter my channels. I'm not certain I know how to get the PowerDVD plug in back into WMC without the setup disc which I don't have.

Would this effect any other programs?

No effect on anything else other than Windows Media Center. As you noted, plugins will be gone.

I assume I can put them all back into WMC. It would just be figuring out how.
