Bose 321, Denon S302, Yamaha YMC-s21 or? 2.1 HTIB suggestions?

Well ive been looking into upgrading my TV speakers to a simple 2.1 set up for a fairly small living room. i want to spend between 200-400. HDMI would be great but im sure optical would due just as well for PS3/TV hook up.. So far ive found a used 321 system on CL for 200, and new refurbs of the Yamaha and denon for around 380-400. Ive heard the bose in stores, i liked it but its used and lacks hdmi... Has anyone used the Yamaha YMC-S21, denon 302 or have any other suggestions for a 2.1 system?
