Forum changeover garbled my signature line....

I use the signature line "The United States Constitution ©1791. All Rights Reserved.", and have done so for a number of years. It is in white text and thus invisible unless you use the black background color ( as in the new "AVS Black" or the old "AVS Retro" color schemes).

When the new Forum went online there was an extra character inserted in this signature line ahead of the "copyright" symbol. I have edited my signature line to correct this - no further action required. Reporting for the sake of completeness.

I do like the new Forum and AVS Homepage very much!

Sorry about that! Definitely some weirdness on the first day, but looks like it was easy to correct. Glad you are enjoying the new platform!

using this thread for signature items.

I have links in my signature, in my memory under the "old" forum those links opened up into another tab, now they open up in same tab, which IMO should not happen.

Possible my 49 year old brain is not working and the "old" forum worked same.
Anyway, can this be "fixed", or is there code I need to add to my sig line?

arghh.....the post preview does not show my signature in it.....minor point.....the old system did.......

Currently, internal links open in the same window & external links open in a new one.

By using "currently" I take it in near future both will open into new window is the original design intent, and at launch there was bug that prevented it.....
