Netflix for Kids

I noticed, starting Monday, on my WDTV Live that when I go to start Netflix, after logging in, it then asks me to choose between regular Netflix and "Netflix for Kids". Is this showing up on other devices? This was before the latest firmware update. I don't see anywhere on the Netflix site or my WDTV where I can tell it to just log into normal Netflix directly.

The PS3 does the same thing. Don't get me wrong I like the Just for Kids section as it does not show the R and MA rated crud however I prefer it will just default to the regular Netflix UI and then I can choose by hitting the select button on the PS3 (don't know if the WDTV has a select button) and go into the kids section to see just kids programs.

Everything posted in the JFK UI can be accessed in the regular UI.

For me and my PS3, the selection option for either UI disappeared after not selecting JFK for several weeks. It now defaults to the regular UI when activating the app.

On the WDTV, once it gets to the regular menu, there is a new button on the top to switch to the Kids version (and I assume the reverse is true.)

Seems a bit ridiculous. How do you stop kids from choosing the regular Netflix?

I like the interface they have for kids- it groups similar stuff together. Wish they could do a similar interface for all titles.

When I go into Netflix on the PS3 it goes into the regular UI now. Just wish I can turn off the small credits and auto play the next episode in 20 seconds.

Just be careful not to press the Select button accidentally while on the main UI. It'll switch over to the kids UI, and then when next starting the app, present both options again for several days until the data shows the kids menu isn't being chosen.

And the credits should be highlighted-if you press Enter, it's supposed to bring them back full screen. Don't know if doing that stops the auto play, but you can give it a try and see.

So far, on my WDTV, it STILL keeps asking. I have now been waiting a few seconds more so that it loads Spongebob and the other characters in the Kids side icon before choosing. Maybe I was choosing too fast before?
