I'm trying to use the TV for browsing, not that I have to, but I tried answering your post earlier and that drove me insane. The on-screen keyboard hides half of the screen and as I typed with the wireless keyboard the text went under the on-screen one. Then I found no way to insert a new line. Then I couldn't move the cursor far back enough to correct a typo and as I was poking around hopeless, it put some garbage in the middle of the text I had typed and I gave up. I don't see why with an actual keyboard this wouldn't work like a normal browser and not require you to click a few times on an edit box to get the on-screen keyboard on, then start typing on the wireless while the on-screen is grayed out, then having to click somewhere else to get the on-screen keyboard closed before you can click where you need to click next. And there is a huge lag in the response once the on-screen keyboard shows up...
As far as harmony, been there, done that, not going back there again. My kids and wife were never able to get that to work 100% for not pointing at the right gadget or huge power-up lags for some components that would make your shoulder go stiff while waiting for the activity sequence to play. I'm currently using the remote that came with my Pioneer receiver. My wife has switched entirely to streaming and my kids use a combination of component front panels and the remote as much as they can figure it out. What a mess.Edited by gunsmoker - 2/13/13 at 10:09am
