I did not have much time to observe the picture after entering but the first impression was positive, on a scene from the TNT show Las Vegas I thought the picture really popped. I need some more time to look at a variety of shows and movies to determine if the settings are a keeper or not. Note I did leave Motion Plus set on clear not standard as Manala does.

These are my basic settings for all TV/movie use which take account time of day / ambient lightning quite well. They are combination of 2 other previously recommended/calibrated settings with some minor tweaking of my own. When in dark the picture will automatically set to near optimum calibration, but you'll still have punch to watch the TV at daytime in a well lit room. Give them a try and maybe you'll like the picture. Be sure to enter them in the listed order, because some of the first settings will override later ones if entered in wrong order (e.g. adjusting backlight after eco-mode will turn off eco-mode automatically).
Here goes:
Picture/Picture Mode: Movie
Picture/Backlight: 18
Picture/Contrast: 98
Picture/Brightness: 45
Picture/Sharpness: 15
Picture/Colour: 53
Picture/Tint (G/R): G50/R50
Picture/Advanced Settings/Dynamic Contrast: Off
Picture/Advanced Settings/Black Tone: Off
Picture/Advanced Settings/Flesh Tone: 0
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space: Custom
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Red (RGB): 39/0/0
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Green (RGB): 0/50/0
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Blue (RGB): 0/0/57
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Yellow (RGB): 50/50/0
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Cyan (RGB): 0/50/50
Picture/Advanced Settings/Colour Space/Colour/Magenta (RGB): 42/0/46
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/R-Offset: 24
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/G-Offset: 25
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/B-Offset: 28
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/R-Gain: 22
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/G-Gain: 25
Picture/Advanced Settings/White Balance/B-Gain: 10
Picture/Advanced Settings/10p White Balance: Off
Picture/Advanced Settings/Gamma: +1
Picture/Picture Options/Colour Tone: Warm2
Picture/Picture Options/Digital Noise Filter: Auto
Picture/Picture Options/MPEG Noise Filter: Auto
Picture/Picture Options/Motion Plus: Standard
Picture/Picture Options/Led Motion Plus: Off
System/Eco Solution/Energy Saving: Off
System/Eco Solution/Eco Sensor: On
System/Eco Solution/Eco Sensor/Min. Backlight: 10
After this let the TV (and your eyes) set for a minute or two. The eco solution adjusts the image quite slowly towards given settings. And for the audio I think the movie mode sounds much better than the standard mode.
