Just wondering if you have these issues but I have an issue with my UN55ES7100. The tv does not operate smoothly with the picture. While watching it, it's like it has a lag in the picture and it is sluggish for a split second and then is fine until it does it again. The picture just doesn't flow smoothly if that makes sense. If you don't pain enough attention to it, then it doesn't bother you until you see it and then you continue to see it happen all of the time.
The tv has been updated to the latest update I think which was 1029 I believe. I have done multiple resets on it from trying to get my other problem fixed with the wifi and that doesn't seem to help the picture issue. The tv did not used to do this though. I did get a new cable box and I noticed after this but I don't know if this the cause or not though? Just wondering if anybody has this issue or seen it talked about before. I need to watch a dvd, watch the antenna and swap cable boxes and see if I can narrow the problem down.
My other issue, my wifi will no longer connect to my modem/router(one piece) but it did when the tv was new back in February. I have followed the troubleshooting and talked to customer support on chat about it and they think it is my problem and not the tv's. It happened on both routers I have had since when I first contacted support about my issue, I was on originally modem but I had some cable issues and Att came out and replaced my modem with a new one. The tv has had a update or two since this so I am not sure if the update fixed it yet or not but if not, what would cause this problem and is there a way to reset the network connections, like a factory reset? At the moment, I have it hooked up by the LAN cable so the smarthub works now but if I were to ever move the tv and not have a LAN cable, I would be screwed.
You obviously have a wifi problem that you have to work out. The conductivity is perfect with a lan cable.
There are many issues with wifi.
Your router modem could not be strong enough,
position of the router and
Unplug the modem then router reconnect the modem then the router this cures many wifi problems
Check the specs on the router does it do HDTV and is it an n or g router which are both fine

and set your set up with those settings on auto motion instead of clear turn it off. Be sure to write down you present settings before setting the new ones that way you can go back to what you have if your not happy
also check your hdmi cables pull then in and out reconnect them that can cause picture issues.
If your HDMI cables are more than 2 years old replace them they are relatively inexpensive $5.00 thereabouts
Try some or all of these suggestions they may improve the lag issue.Edited by James T - 4/9/13 at 8:49am
