The last thing I would do would mess around with the TV settings for a Netflix problem. There are other options to explore first
Google the issue and you will get several answers. Buffering is usually the problem.
That can be caused by slow download speed from your internet provider.
If the signal is reaching the TV by wifi there could be interference with the wifi signal.
You will get a better signal with a cable internet into the tv. Netflix is now in Super Hd and that can require faster download speeds
You can go into the Netflix settings and change the speed of the download.
There are usually three download speeds available That would assist you if you had slow internet speeds. Netflix help can assist with that

2. Contact your internet provider and find out what your download speeds are....you may have to increase them to a faster rate 20- 25 mbps
