I'm very surprised you did not have the 1080P 60fps issue. Either SyncPlus is already disabled on your set or you have not fed it a true 1080P 60fps signal.
As for scaring away people, if they are scared after reading this thread, maybe they should be looking at another set. Seriously, if I knew there would have been this many bugs, more importantly, absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, I would have purchased another brand (Sony 850/929 or 950). Since I'm out of my 30 day window, I'll make the best of it and cross my fingers.
