another new theater build thread

Looking for some advice on layouts.

Im restricted by where my Steel beam is and also where the ductwork is. Im wanting to put the screen on the side where the duct work is. Where the entrance is will make having risers hard because its at the back of the room. so where the door clears in I might have to have a step up which may look odd.

I have included a simple sketchup and some pics. Not sure if a mod would merge my infloor heat thread with this one.
