Panel needs to be replaced, if you have an extended warranty, call them up asap, if not, live with it, or you'll need a new TV, those panels are no longer in production.
It happens once in a while, not limited to Samsung, I've seen it from nearly every manufacturer.
My LN46A750 got a red line on the left side of the screen.
