Just calibrated by RX A-1020 using YPAO.
I have a KEF KHT 3005SE speaker package.
I ran the auto calibration multiple times, and using the multi-listening point options.
Follow are the results:
- Front speakers, surround speakers set as small. Looks ok.
- Center speaker set as large. Not sure if this should be large or small? The center speaker is horizontal and is overall larger than the front and rear speakers by design (anyone familiar with this speaker package may know what I mean)
- Level/distance seems ok based on my room set up
The cross over under YPAO flat is set as:
Front L - 99.5Hz
Front R- 78.7Hz
Center - 62.5Hz
Surround L - 62.5Hz
Surround R -62.5Hz
I am not sure about the above settings...especially the Front L. what are the implications of having a frequency setting higher than it is supposed to be? will be losing out on detail etc.
Should I be adjusting the above manually under the EQ settings... eg copy across all existing settings but change frequency to 60Hz for all speakers?
