Help me choose a new sub.

Hi all,
I just moved into a new place from a smaller apartment and my Mirage Prestige S8 can not handle the bigger place. I get crazy port chuffing on large LFE sequences. My new living room/dining room area is around 4500 cubic feet and opens up to a kitchen that's another 1500 cubic feet. The subs I'm looking at are the following:

1) HSU VTF-3 MK4
2) SVS PB12-NSD/PC12-NSD
3) OUTLAW LFM1-EX
4) EPIK LEGEND

What I'm looking for is something that will fill in the low end on movies without chuffing and is good for a 70/30 music home theater split. I live in a townhouse so shaking the whole place isn't necessary. All of these are pretty close in price shipped with exception to the Legend being cheaper and probably less output than the others I'm guessing. What are you guys thoughts?

The VTF3, especially while it's on sale.

+1, the VTF3 would be my choice. Deepest digging and highest output. If the cost is the same, that is a no-brainer for me, unless size is an issue. Be aware that it is a large subwoofer.
