Intel 4K vs GeForce GT 640 vs Radeon 7750

Anyone notice any different between below models in terms of pictures quality for HDTV, DVD and/or Bluray content?

1) Intel 4000/2500

2) GeForce GT 640/630

3) Radeon 7750

The difference is more or less the same as Intel HD 2k/3k vs GT 430 (or whatever) vs HD 6570 (or whatever).

If I choose one, it's HD 7750.

Any idea how much Radeon 7750 is better than Intel 4K in terms of HTPC use? movies, DVD, BD, TV programming...

I've heard broken deinterlacing of 1080i live TV with Intel iGPU. If you are interested in full range RGB output, madVR, a 4K display etc, you should go with 7750.

De-interlacing and PQ is superb with my HD2000.

If you want options to tweak your card to get that extra 5% of possible PQ then you should invest in a discrete card.

It'd be nice if Anandtech would rerun their excellent HTPC GPU comparison feature with these cards. It may be that they are waiting for the 'proper' GT 640 with GDDR5.....

I have a passive 7750 in my HTPC, and its working just beautifully.
This was mostly because of black-level/rgb-range issues with the Intel GPU, something drivers could potentially remedy over time, but its a rather critical bug that destroyed PQ for me, so i couldn't wait.
