I'm getting ready to buy either a Panasonic Plasma 65" GT50 or a Samsung
PN64E8000.
I can see by the reviews that the Panasonic has some edge to the picture quality and Samsung has the lead in Web packages. A lot of the reviews have it that the Panasonic is the better TV.
My question is: I never see anyone factoring in the Samsung capability and strategy to provide the end user the ability to upgrade the hardware, software and firmware by shoving in a new card in a slot on the back of the machine.
Does anyone think this is going to be a major factor down the road?
Thanks,
PN64E8000.
