Yes, Invision Displays (AKA Invision Technologies) in Seattle was definitely an authorized Pioneer retailer and are a former forum sponsor, and a very reputable dealer at that. CPS should absolutely know this since they are in the business, so it sounds like they're trying to weasel out of honoring their warranty. There is plenty of proof that they were Authorized just based on dozens and dozens of posts about them over the years, so if CPS keeps insisting that Invision wasn't authorized, tell them to prove it.

from from Invision which proves that they're familiar with Invision - Invision was one of CPS's authorized dealers !!
Two of my friends bought their (5020FD and 6020FD) Kuros from Invision and paid the higher prices because Invision was factory authorized, purposely avoiding buying from the various non-authorized resellers for lower prices. Invision was specifically listed on the Pioneer website's official list of authorized dealers.
