Sony kv24fs120.

I am repairing a Sony kv24fs120 which displays a picture after power up,and then shuts down and stand by light displays 2 blinks.
Can anyone offer help with this problem?

The problem has been solved, R595 a 470k 1/4 watt resistor in the power supply was opened.
