Amping up my system

I have a Pioneer VSX-1019AH.

I just moved into a much larger house. The room size this is going in is about 18-20' X 18-20'. This room is open floor plan to the kitchen and stairway.

The receiver is a very good one,at least it was when I picked it up 2 years ago. I would like to keep this a great system. So, what I am asking is what are some good wall mount speakers to go with?

I want higher end speakers nothing cheap. I will probably start with 2 fronts and a center and expand from there as I know it will be expensive. This system will be used for TV, movies and games.

Thanks in advance guys.

Sorry, big thing to omit.

No budget per say, but I would like to keep the fronts and centers cost around $500-$800. I guess in your guys eyes that is more lower end. I have forgotten just how broad of a range of price and quality there is in speakers. I would like to keep the price down just so my wife doesn't kill me in my sleep.

Those in your link are beautiful. eek.gif

No worries, that was just an example to show what leaving out the budget could lead to biggrin.gif

How far back is your seated disance, and is that budget for all 3 speakers?
