GameBrowser not showing up as a plugin for Media Browser

I thought I had previously installed GameBrowser a month or two ago, but now that I finally have some time to configure it, it is not showing up as an option (installed or uninstalled) under media browser configurator plug-ins. Any ideas? I'm using the latest media browser version. Thanks in advance for any help.
