Cannot find the thread tools

Thread tools was a vBulletin add-on. I suppose you could print to .pdf or even use options like printwhatyoulike.com or any of the many browser add-ons to do the same thing.

Hmm. Trying to figure this out. If a thread has several pages, how do I accomplish this then?

I used to be able to download a thread as a text file and then search in the text file - is that no longer possible?

I'd max out the posts per page, then merge PDFs into a singe file.

Actually, I'd just use a tablet vs paper. Downloading threads is a throwback to limited dial up minutes in the 90's.

You don't. That's what makes this new platform better. No, wait, that's not right...

We understand you are not happy, we have heard what you sare not happy about. To just pop into threads to take digs is not helpful to the members and is disruptive. I am sorry, but you are not at all being helpful and you are kindly asked to please stop this type of behavior as it really does not help. We are working on things as you are well aware.

The Vb print item from before was something I had to add in. It was not part of Vb. It was a hack. At this time, again something will need to be made that can make for a printable thread.

I do feel bad for the person who makes the mistake of printing a 100+ page thread at that point. It has happened. (Then we got someone upset that we did not stop all of it being printed.) Can't win sometime.

I agree about downloading threads being so 90's - I guess old habits ..............
