Trying to play the Tuner (FM) or Pandora thru DVR, but every time try to turn on Zone 2, the AV unit turns off.
The main zone (1) works fine, but as soon as I switch to Zone 2, all power goes out.
Do I have a conflicting setting or a hardware problem?
I just got the receiver. It was working fine a few days ago, playing Pandora thru the DVR for Zone1 & 2, but when I came back to the unit to shut Zone 2 off, Zone 1 was already shut off. The kids might have turned Zone 1 off, I don't know. I then shut off Zone2 and haven't been able to get Zone 2 to stay on since.
