Theater Seating recommendation... Help needed

I’m in the market to purchase a set of seating for my theater room. I’ve been researching for the last month and have come down to two choices. Unfortunately I don’t have a dealer in the area where I could test either seat out. I’m stuck in my decision and I’m turning to you guys for help. Recommendations welcomed regarding which to chose and why? Comfort level of either chair?
I would be going for a 4 seat w/ loveseat.

Berkline 12000

or

Lane 124

FYI: Lane 124 is a slightly modified vestion of the Lane Matrix 176, which is Berkline 12011.

The Lane 124 will feel slightly firmer. The armrests are exactly the same on both recliners.

Lane 103 is the Berkline Reno-12003 recliner. It will be cushier with slightly higher back.

Im suck now between the lane 103 and the lane 124. Out of the two which is the more popular seat?

Which out of the two would be more plush? Give you better back support?

The Lane 103 (formerly the Berkline 12003) has been a best-seller for years and more popular than the 124.

There is an issue with the 124, in my opinion, and that is that is the position of the tray table. If you look at how low the end of the arm of the chair is in relation to the seat, you can see that the tray table sits very low in relation to the seat of chair and your legs. So when you flip the tray over your legs (perpendicular to the arm) it comes very close to or even touches the top of your legs. It actually rubbed the top of my legs when I tried them out in High Point at Furniture Market. I'm 6' tall and 200 lbs, so I'm not a huge guy. Other than that the chair sits very well and is very comfortable. But if you are deciding between these two models and planning to use the tray table, I suggest the 103 for this reason.

The 124 actually hugs your body better with the hammock-style seating and back. But the 103 is very comfortable as well.

What seats would be better for the configuration that im looking for?

Does anyone happen to have pictures of the Lane 103 or Lane 124 with the 4 curved seats with loveseat?

hello!

I recently got some seats of my own, and adsurdley cheap! Me and my wife walked into a HT store and basically told him we'd take his floor models off his hands since they were a year or two old, and he pretty much gave em away at 1/2 the price. Might want to try it if youre looking to save some money? smile.gif
