The OPPO BDP-95. More than just a Blu-ray Player?

Hello guys,
I was thinking of utilizing the OPPO BDP-95 Blue-ray Player's excellent DAC capabilities to play video/audio files from attached eSATA/USB HDs.
How well the BDP-95 supports eSATA/USB docks?
Something like this: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?S=1268&ID=2047
Will I be able to play successfully Blue-Ray .iso files stored on external HD, or I'd need convert them into, say .mkv format?
Is there support for NTFS formatted HDs (for large video files)?
Is UI sufficient?
How well internet streaming of this player fares?

You should have posted this in the Oppo BDP-95 thread. If you read the initial couple of posts in that thread and check out the specifications and the FAQ linked to in those posts, you will get the answer to all your questions.
