What's the easiest way to connect my PS3 and PC to my projector/displays? (diagram inside)

I've got my PS3 currently hooked up to a projector, switching the 15ft long HDMI cable to the LCD in the same room when I occasionally play during the day (sunny window not pictured). I'd like to also be able to use the LCD in the neighboring room for PS3 gaming, or the projector as a display for my PC.

I don't mind switching cables, but the distance is a little unruly (roughly 20 feet). What are my options?

You should be able to go 20'-25' with HDMI and a HDMI switch/splitter as long as you find a quality HDMI cable for that distance.
