Screen choice for dedicated light controlled room?

I am in the process of having a house built with a dedicated home theater room with no windows. The room is going to be about 18-12. I am looking to do a 120 inch screen and the projector i am looking at right now is the epson 6010. I am relatively ignorant when it comes to screens. What should i be looking for? I would like to keep the price under $1000 if at all possible. The room will have dark walls, ceilings, and floors.
