How to clean price tag sticker goop off the side of a flat panel TV

There was a price tag on the side (bezel) of my display model plasma TV. I guess I should have tried to take it off more carefully, but it left behind a sticky mess. How should I clean it off? I want to be careful about not taking off the black finish on the bezel.

Windex, or just soap and water. Also a Mr. Clean pad works, and is soft enough to not scratch the plastic.

Dab with WD40 soaked Qtip, let it sit for 1 minute, rub it with more damped Qtips. Some elbow grease maybe required. Several applications maybe required.
