Red tint in my new vt50.

Hi, please i just want to know if somebody else have a red/pink predominant color in the white colors, I try some different setting, but nothing.
I will appreciate any help.

That sounds like a white balance issue unless its only in certain spots of the screen.
You can try switching to different color modes, Warm2 & Warm1 will be more yellow/reddish, Try Normal or Cool1/Cool2 for comparsion which will be more bluish.
Calibrating the custom white ballance settings will give more precise control over this.

So yes, the red tint is pretty noticeable on white screens. This on a 60st60.

It's not really as bad as the picture would indicate. It's very weird. We're you able to resolve the issue by changing the white balance?
