Toxic poisonous chemicals inside projectors?

I was wondering if opening and repairing projectors has the possibility to expose people and the immediate environment to any type of toxic substances.

I know the lamps contain pressurized mercury vapor, but is there anything else to worry about inside the projector besides the lamp?
Lead? Cyanide? Chromium? Cadmium? Any other heavy metals?
