Intel BOXDQ77MK Motherboard

My ideal is an ivy bridge board, mATX, with firewire.

I am aware of 1:
Intel BOXDQ77MK, it is a Q77 board. Anybody with experience with it? Any issues with it related to HTPC use? I'll probably put a GTX670 in and game as well. Anything that I should be thinking about?

Sorry to bump my own post, but if nobody has experience about this specific board, what are the trade-offs between Q77 vs Z77 boards?
