Using XBMC to watch recorded TV shows

I'm attempting to convert from MediaBrowser to XBMC. I've finally figured out how to get all of my movies loaded and separated.(thanks to some help from people here). However I am having no such luck with my TV shows. What I want is to be able to record the show in WMC then use MCE Buddy to remove commercials then use XBMC to watch them later. I can't seem to figure out how to get them to show up in XBMC without going through the whole file process. Can someone help? I've read their Wiki and from what I can tell MCE Buddy is naming the files correctly. Ideally I'd like the process to be easy and automated as it was with MediaBrowser.

Is it not possible?

Does anyone record TV with WMC and use XBMC to watch it? I'd convert and use MCE Buddy to remove commercials. Should I just stick with MediaBrowser?

I tried it once. XBMC won't play the standard .wtv files correctly but it will play them if you convert to .ts. However, in the end it was way too time consuming and pointless so I just use WMC to watch recorded and live tv, and xbmc for everything else.

I've given up trying to watch tv in XBMC. Most of my tv shows were converted to MP4, which also doesn't work. PITA. MediaBrowser it is...

Yes I have looked into this and its possible. You can use the same setup that somebody used for Media Browser just when you use Media Center Master, you have it include an .nfo file to XBMC will find the proper tvdb information.

I may do this, but still figuring out what I want to run on the server
