If using the best picture quality mode ~600 +/- 20% depending on lamp variance and where in the zoom range the projector is positioned. More than this would be in one of the projectors less accurate modes which aren't bad and can be useful for dealing with ambient light or very large screens.
I measured my 6010 set to thx/cinema lamp low 460 lumens, lamp high 610 lumens and living room mode lamp low 860 lumens and lamp high 1200 lumens. That's at 3/4 full zoom with 50 hours on the lamp.
My light metre is cheap and probably not that accurate but it measured pretty close to projectorreviews readings. Keep in mind you most likely won't use the Epson in high lamp mode because it's a bit loud, 22db in low lamp and 32db in high lamp, so the low lamp measurement is what you should be looking at.
