Pure Audio mode (Speaker levels and distances)

Dear all,

I enjoy playing my B&W 685s using my Onkyo 608 receiver in pure audio mode for music. However, after running Audyssey, and auto setting the speaker levels, distances etc, are these settings being taken into account while in pure audio mode?

To be more specific, Audyssey set my L speaker as -2, and R speaker as -1. In pure audio mode, are these speaker levels in effect? I understand that there is no digital processing in pure audio mode. But are speaker levels and distances considered audio processing?

Thanks in advance.

If you are using a multi-channel disc player, it should have its own speaker setup menu. Those would be in effect for direct.
